HOW DID WE HELP?

ADAPTATION

Historically BLR's main activities had been high level executive search - recruitment by invitation. We helped BLR adapt their activities by blending their "recruitment by invitation" DNA with a non-discriminatory mass recruitment approach to produce a video that speaks directly to the most appropriate people, while remaining inclusive.

PEOPLE FIRST

Including people from a diverse range of cultures and countries in the video brought BLR's "People First" philosophy to the forefront of their marketing efforts. We helped BLR communicate their values to potential candidates.

INTENTION

It was critical to attract Visitor Experience staff who were driven by exceeding their own expectations and delivering excellence to visitors, team mates and employers. We helped BLR demonstrate that iRADAH was a team who strove for excellence at every level.
WHAT HAPPENED?

BLR planted their flag firmly at Expo Dubai 2020, proclaiming to the world that they can construct, recruit and manage innovative teams, hundreds strong, to support globally recognised events.
